Policy

- All goods are subject to availability.
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Goods are categorised as Brand New or As New
- Rates vary depending on length of time of contract and how long hired
- Unless otherwise indicated prices are for a six-month minimum rental period
- Unless otherwise Brand new items are for minimum 12 month rental period.
- Shorter periods and early returns incur increased charges
- Where a deposit bond is charged this is fully refundable if contract terms
are met
- Where payments are credited against purchase GST is not refundable
- Free delivery applies only within free delivery area
- Outside this area we endeavour to negotiate the best possible rates
- Rental payments must be kept current for service/replacement to apply
- Renters are liable for all equipment while in their care
- Equipment must not be relocated without permission
Payments can be made:
- Direct Debit from your bank account
- Deducted from your Centrelink payment
- Pre-arranged Credit Card payment
Damage or Theft Replacement
As renter you are liable for goods in your care and may need to advise your insurance company however if you do not have home contents insurance we offer a damage liability waiver at $1 per week per item, which reduces your liability to just $100 per item (computers not included). Please talk to us for more specific detail. |
